Head of Performance Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Head of Performance Marketing to lead our dynamic team and drive customer acquisition and optimization across key channels.
As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that align with our business objectives, while uncovering new growth opportunities and optimizing resource allocation.
You will lead a team of performance marketing professionals, guiding and mentoring them to cultivate a culture of excellence and ongoing improvement.
Key responsibilities include managing key performance channels, leading the strategy, implementation, and optimization of PPC campaigns, and supervising SEO efforts to increase organic visibility.
You will also leverage data analytics to monitor, evaluate, and enhance campaign performance, tracking key KPIs and drawing insights from market trends and competitor analysis.
Collaboration is key, and you will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that all marketing activities are aligned with broader company objectives.
Requirements- 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, with a proven ability to drive growth and hit targets for D2C brands and international markets.
- Fluency in English (C1) and German (B2).
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and manage a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in data analytics and the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies that drive measurable results.
