Job Title: Head of Performance Marketing

We're seeking an experienced Head of Performance Marketing to lead our dynamic team and drive customer acquisition and maximize ROI across key channels, including Google, Meta, and native ads.

As a key member of our marketing team, you will spearhead direct-response campaigns, optimize budgets, and expand into new international markets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Leadership & Strategy: Lead and mentor the performance marketing team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Channel & Campaign Management: Take full ownership of key performance channels, including Google Ads, Meta, and others.
  • Data-Driven Optimization: Use data analytics to track, analyze, and optimize campaign performance.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that all marketing activities are aligned with broader company objectives.
Requirements:
  • Fluency in English and German (B2).
  • 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, with a strong track record of driving growth and achieving targets for D2C brands and international markets.
  • Expertise in managing PPC campaigns across all important digital platforms.
  • Strong understanding of SEO best practices and experience with conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques and tools.
  • Proficiency in data analytics and ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and manage a diverse team.
