Job Title: Head of Performance MarketingWe're seeking an experienced Head of Performance Marketing to lead our dynamic team and drive customer acquisition and maximize ROI across key channels, including Google (Search, Shopping, YouTube), Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and native ads.
As the Head of Performance Marketing, you will spearhead direct-response campaigns, optimize budgets, and expand into new international markets. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to use data-driven insights to refine audience targeting and innovate marketing strategies for sustained growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Team Leadership & Strategy: Lead and mentor the performance marketing team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. Develop and implement marketing strategies that align with Primal State Performance GmbH's business goals, while identifying new growth opportunities and optimizing resource allocation to ensure maximum impact.
- Channel & Campaign Management: Take full ownership of key performance channels, including Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and others. Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of PPC campaigns, ensuring that performance is continuously improved. Oversee SEO efforts to enhance organic visibility and lead influencer marketing initiatives to boost brand awareness and engagement.
- Data-Driven Optimization: Use data analytics to track, analyze, and optimize campaign performance. Monitor KPIs and use insights from market trends and competitor analysis to refine strategies, improve targeting, and drive efficiency to maximize ROI.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams—product, sales, and creative—to ensure that all marketing activities are aligned with broader company objectives. Foster strong collaboration to drive cohesive marketing initiatives that contribute to Primal State Performance GmbH's overall success.
- Fluency in English and German (B2).
- 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, with a strong track record of driving growth and achieving targets for D2C brands and international markets.
- Expertise in managing PPC campaigns across all important digital platforms.
- Strong understanding of SEO best practices and experience with conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques and tools. Familiarity with influencer marketing strategies to boost engagement and brand visibility.
- Proficiency in data analytics and ability to translate insights into actionable strategies that drive measurable results.
- Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and manage a diverse team.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
