Job Description

We're seeking a highly experienced Head of Performance Marketing to lead our dynamic team and drive customer acquisition and ROI across key channels. As a key member of our marketing team, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies that align with our business goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and mentor the performance marketing team to foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies that drive growth and maximize ROI across key channels.
  • Take ownership of key performance channels, including Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and others.
  • Use data analytics to track, analyze, and optimize campaign performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure all marketing activities are aligned with broader company objectives.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in performance marketing with a strong track record of driving growth and achieving targets for D2C brands and international markets.
  • Expertise in managing PPC campaigns across all important digital platforms.
  • Strong understanding of SEO best practices and experience with conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques and tools.
  • Proficiency in data analytics and ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and manage a diverse team.
