Job Title: Head of Performance MarketingWe're seeking an experienced Head of Performance Marketing to lead our dynamic team in driving customer acquisition and optimizing ROI across key channels like Google, Meta, and native ads.
As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that align with our business objectives, while uncovering new growth opportunities and optimizing resource allocation to achieve the greatest impact.
Key Responsibilities:- Team Leadership & Strategy: Guide and mentor the performance marketing team, cultivating a culture of excellence and ongoing improvement.
- Channel & Campaign Management: Manage key performance channels such as Google Ads, Meta, and others, leading the strategy, implementation, and optimization of PPC campaigns.
- Data-Driven Optimization: Leverage data analytics to monitor, evaluate, and enhance campaign performance, tracking key KPIs and drawing insights from market trends and competitor analysis.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams—product, sales, and creative—to ensure that all marketing activities are aligned with broader company objectives.
- Fluency in English (C1) and German (B2).
- Over 5 years of experience in performance marketing, with a proven ability to drive growth and hit targets for D2C brands and international markets.
- Skilled in managing PPC campaigns across key digital platforms.
- Deep understanding of SEO best practices and hands-on experience with conversion rate optimization (CRO) tools and techniques.
- Proficient in data analytics and able to translate insights into actionable strategies that drive measurable results.
- Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and manage a diverse team.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
