About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager - DACH to join our dynamic team in Munich. This is a fantastic opportunity to drive revenue growth, foster client relationships, and spearhead strategic initiatives that will propel our organization to continued success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify potential customers and target strategic local players and leading brands across various industries and verticals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers, providing customized solutions to meet their business needs and interests.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, showcasing the value of our product in an individualized manner.
  • Collaborate across teams to generate leads, network, and create marketing material.
  • Ensure regular reporting on sales activities, pipeline, and revenue forecasts.
  • Optimize processes by promoting best practices and fostering a collaborative environment.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 1+ years of experience in sales, preferably with advertising sales for media or mobile solutions.
  • A proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in the DACH region.
  • A strong understanding of DACH market dynamics, including client preferences and cultural nuances.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships with various stakeholders.
  • The ability to drive the full sales cycle, from acquisition and lead generation to deal closure.
  • A proactive and goal-oriented mindset, as well as knowledge of online formats, benchmarks, and KPIs.
  • Fluency in German and English.
