About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Operations Specialist to join our team at Hive Technologies GmbH. As an Operations Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting our partner fulfillment team in our first Polish FC, ensuring seamless operations and process quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the partner fulfillment team in resolving problems and performing special fulfillment tasks
  • Act as a liaison between Hive's HQ in Berlin and the local operations at our partner's fulfillment center in Słubice (Poland)
  • Train the team on our Hive fulfillment processes and new product features
  • Launch new merchants with the onboarding management team
  • Scale Hive partner operations while ensuring process quality
Requirements
  • Excellent relationship building skills with internal and external stakeholders
  • Multitasking skills with the ability to juggle different priorities and deadlines
  • Ability to propose process and product improvements to enhance partner operations
  • Independence in performing tasks
  • Understanding of SLAs and number-driven operations
  • Experience in e-commerce fulfillment processes (B2C and B2B), preferably from a large marketplace operator
  • Eligibility to work in Poland or the EU
