Sales and Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Business Development Manager to join our team in Bonn, Germany.
About the RoleIn this role, you will be responsible for presenting, promoting, and selling our products and services to existing and prospective customers and partners.
You will analyze, develop, and implement a strategic action plan for your region, adjusting sales techniques according to interactions and results.
As a key member of our team, you will collaborate closely with your peers to maximize synergies and drive sales efforts.
You will establish and maintain positive and effective business relations to achieve maximized customer satisfaction.
You will evaluate processes, workflows, and communication channels to achieve targets within schedule.
Requirements- Graduate student with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business/Sales Engineering or a similar field of study
- First work experience in a sales environment (ideally in telecommunications) is preferred
- A willingness to work in a fast-paced multinational team with the ability to adapt flexibly to changing environments
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- A proactive and target-driven team player mindset
We offer a competitive salary package including:
- An annual gross salary of €65,000 - €85,000
