Job Summary
The Enterprise Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new business opportunities within the Enterprise segment. This role requires a strategic approach to prospecting, lead generation, and relationship-building with key decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to acquire new Enterprise-sized business opportunities.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads through targeted prospecting and lead generation activities.
- Articulate the value proposition of KnowBe4's security awareness training and simulated phishing solutions to potential customers.
- Manage the sales cycle, including identifying key decision-makers, overcoming objections, and closing deals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless sales processes and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate sales records and metrics through our CRM system.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the Enterprise segment.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
- Strong understanding of the IT, Security, and Cybersecurity industries.
- Experience with CRM systems, such as Salesforce.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
