Wir suchen einen erfahrener Growth Retention Manager, der sich auf die Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Strategien zur Patientenbindung spezialisiert hat. Der Kandidat wird Teil unseres dynamischen Teams sein und sich auf die Optimierung des Lifetime Value für verschiedene Patiententypen konzentrieren.

Aufgaben
  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung von CRM-Strategien, um die Activation, Engagement und Retention von Patienten zu fördern.
  • Konzeption und Durchführung von Experimenten und Testing zur Optimierung von CRM-Setups und zur Verbesserung der Patientenbindung.
  • Analyse von Kohortendaten und statistischen Methoden, um Erkenntnisse zu gewinnen und Hypothesen zu validieren.
  • Kooperation mit unserem Growth Acquisition Manager, um die richtigen Patienten zu akquirieren und zu aktivieren.
Qualifikationen
  • Erhebliche Erfahrung in der Entwicklung und Umsetzung von CRM-Strategien.
  • Starke analytische Fähigkeiten mit Erfahrung in der Kohortenanalyse und statistischen Methoden.
  • Hypothesenbasiertes Arbeiten und Erfahrung im Formulieren, Testen und Iterieren von Hypothesen.
  • Praktische und effiziente Umsetzung operativer Themen.
