We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Vortex Aquatic Structures International Inc.

About the Role

As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and driving sales growth in the German market. You will work closely with our sales team to identify and pursue new business leads, build relationships with key decision-makers, and develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Identify and pursue new business leads in the German market
  • Build relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in the industry
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute sales plans
  • Provide technical and sales support to customers
  • Assist customers in designing their unique water play solutions
  • Travel throughout the territory as needed
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 3-5 years of field sales experience
  • 2-5 years of experience working in the municipality, play, and/or recreation industries
  • Ability to travel 50% of the time
  • Strong communication skills in English and German
  • Self-driven and continuous learner
  • Personable, professional presenter
