Teads is seeking a dynamic and experienced CPG/FMCG Industry Director to join our Strategic Accounts team.

This exciting opportunity allows you to contribute to the growth of a leading global digital advertising platform, specializing in full-funnel solutions. As an Industry Director, you'll be instrumental in cultivating and enhancing relationships with prominent CPG clients, driving revenue growth and shaping Teads' strategy within this vital sector.

Your Role:
  • Collaborate closely with key stakeholders across client organizations (marketing, brand, media, e-commerce) to understand their challenges and leverage digital media investments effectively.
  • Become a recognized expert in the CPG advertising landscape by developing thought leadership and best practices for leading Consumer Goods, Grocery Retail, and Consumer Health clients.
  • Champion Teads' Advertiser-First strategy by aligning client priorities with our Omnichannel solutions encompassing Creativity, Media, Data, and Measurement.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to provide comprehensive resources to high-profile clients, including Teads Studio, Insights, and Data.
  • Develop and execute account strategies and plans to foster strong client growth and partnerships.
  • Collaborate with Agency Sales Teams to guide discussions with Agencies and support their efforts for strategic clients.
  • Establish and nurture C-level relationships with Agencies, contributing strategically to the growth and direction of Teads' products and services.
Your Expertise:
  • A deep understanding of the CPG industry in Germany, coupled with experience collaborating with advertisers in this field.
  • Strong digital media business acumen, particularly in online video, display, performance, and CTV, ideally gained from an agency or client background.
  • Proven ability to build relationships with top marketing/media decision-makers and identify strategic growth opportunities.
  • A track record of driving revenue growth and fostering successful client partnerships.
