Business Intelligence Analyst

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Insights Manager to join our team at Teads. As a Senior Insights Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the German market with local insights in response to client needs, project managing client studies, and presenting results to clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the German market with local insights in response to client needs
- Project manage client studies and present results to clients
- Supervise the work of junior team members in the German insights and measurement organization
- Manage German insight and measurement plans, including proving that advertising on Teads drives meaningful outcomes to clients
- Source and scope new measurement approaches that align with business priorities such as Omnichannel and CTV
- Represent the needs of the German market at industry and client events
- Create and support the development of measurement and insight-driven learning agendas for key customers
- Leverage internal and external data subscriptions to assist in developing consumer insight reports for client proposals and meetings
- Collaborate with key internal stakeholders to ensure optimal outcomes for customers
- Maintain a library of vendor collateral/methodologies and stay up-to-date with new vendors and industry trends
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with research peers among key customers and within the industry
Requirements
- Basic statistics (exploratory data analysis, hypothesis testing, clustering, factor analysis, regression, classification, etc.)
- Analysis/visualization tools (Looker, Excel)
- Proficient user of presentation tools
- Degree in a quantitative field (analytics, data science, mathematics, or related field) or in marketing/communication field (market research, advertising/communications, etc.) with a strong numerical/data foundation
- Usage and familiarity with media and brand campaign measurement approaches and data tools such as eMarketer, GWI
- Previous experience of running campaign measurement/effectiveness at a media agency, media publisher, brand, or research supplier
- Language fluency in both German and English
