IT Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Working Student in Internal IT to join our team at Awin AG. As a key member of our IT Support Team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of all internal IT-related processes.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor and respond to incoming IT support requests in a timely and efficient manner.
- Provide first-line support and information to employees, escalating complex issues to senior team members as needed.
- Collaborate with the IT Support Team Lead to ensure all support requests are assigned and resolved within the team's SLAs.
- Prepare PCs for new employees and remove company data from departing employees' hardware.
- Provide in-person IT support in our Berlin office, covering workspace IT areas such as printing, meeting equipment, and wireless connectivity.
- Enrolled student in a relevant field for at least one more year.
- Previous experience in IT support or customer service is a plus.
- Excellent computer literacy, including Windows 11, Microsoft 365, and Microsoft Teams.
- Experience with Mac OS and OS X, as well as Microsoft Intune and Entra, is beneficial.
- Excellent English skills; proficiency in other languages, especially German, is a plus.
