Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team at Scalable Capital. As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance for our IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and network systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Setup, configuration, and maintenance of notebooks, printers, conference room equipment, and other hardware
  • Administration of local infrastructure, including MacOS, Windows, and Cisco systems
  • Management of accounts and access rights, including G Suite and VPN access
  • Further development of the IT infrastructure and IT processes for a rapidly growing company
  • Development and establishment of a centralized identification and authentication platform
  • Handling of complex service requests for colleagues in the context of 1st and 2nd level support
  • Creation of technical documentation and reports
  • Hardware selection and management

Requirements

  • Successfully completed studies in computer science or training in the field of IT
  • Experience in 1st and 2nd level IT support
  • High sense of responsibility in dealing with sensitive data
  • Strong service orientation and high quality awareness
  • Proactive, independent, and solution-oriented way of working
  • Fluent in German and English
  • Experience with identity and access management solutions, as well as endpoint management solutions, is a plus
