Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT professional to join our team as an IT Support and Services Specialist. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT support, a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, and excellent communication skills.



Responsibilities:


  • Provide technical support to employees via phone, email, and in-person
  • Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems
  • Develop and maintain user documentation and guides
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless IT services
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies


Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:




  • 1-2 years of experience in IT support or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in IT support software and tools
  • Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems
  • Experience with network administration and security
