Senior Accounts Receivable Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Accounts Receivable Manager to join our Finance team at KoRo Handels GmbH.
As a Senior Accounts Receivable Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of 6-8 employees and overseeing the dunning process and receivables management to ensure timely payments and minimize bad debts.
You will also be responsible for maintaining debtor accounts and the associated G/L accounts, including correct postings and account reconciliations, as well as processing and handling incoming payments to ensure they are posted on time.
Additionally, you will provide technical support for the EDI system by optimizing and ensuring the functionality of the interfaces, and ensure a smooth ordering process in the ERP system.
Furthermore, you will be responsible for the up-to-dateness and accuracy of master data through regular data maintenance, and participate in projects for process optimization and digitalization in the area of accounts receivable accounting.
You will also communicate on processes with internal stakeholders and interfaces, as well as coordinate with insolvency administrators and debt collection agencies.
About You- You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship, e.g. as an office administrator or accountant, or have a degree in economics or similar.
- You already have several years of professional experience in accounting and an affinity for procedural thinking.
- You also have initial management experience in leading a team.
- You have an excellent command of German and a good command of English.
- You live in Berlin or are willing to relocate to Berlin for your new position.
- You already have some experience with an ERP system (Business Central is an advantage) and EDI systems.
- You are characterized by an independent and solution-oriented way of working.
