Senior Accounts Receivable Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Accounts Receivable Manager to join our team at KoRo Handels GmbH. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing our accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely and accurate payment processing, and maintaining strong relationships with our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and process accounts receivable, including monitoring and posting incoming payments
- Maintain and reconcile accounts receivable accounts, and conduct the dunning process
- Oversee the creation and verification of invoices and credit notes
- Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Collaborate closely with the sales team and controlling to ensure a smooth flow of payments
- Identify and implement process improvements in accounts receivable accounting
Requirements
- Commercial apprenticeship or degree in economics or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in accounts receivable, preferably in a dynamic and growth-oriented environment
- Excellent command of German and good command of English
- Experience with ERP systems, particularly Business Central, is an advantage
- Strong problem-solving skills and a structured approach to work
