Senior Accounts Receivable Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Accounts Receivable Manager to join our dynamic team at KoRo Handels GmbH. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing our accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely and accurate payment processing, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Process and manage accounts receivable, including invoicing, credit notes, and dunning procedures
- Reconcile and maintain accurate records of accounts receivable, including aging reports and cash flow analysis
- Collaborate with the sales team and controlling department to ensure smooth payment processing and optimize cash flow
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
- Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- 3+ years of experience in accounts receivable, preferably in a dynamic and growth-oriented environment
- Excellent knowledge of German and good command of English
- Experience with ERP systems, preferably Business Central
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
