Senior Accounts Receivable Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Accounts Receivable Manager to join our dynamic team at KoRo Handels GmbH. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing our accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely and accurate payment processing, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Process and manage accounts receivable, including invoicing, credit notes, and dunning procedures
- Reconcile and maintain accurate accounts receivable records, ensuring compliance with financial regulations
- Collaborate with the sales team and controlling department to ensure smooth payment processing and optimize cash flow
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity in accounts receivable
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Commercial apprenticeship or degree in economics or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in accounts receivable, preferably in a dynamic and growth-oriented environment
- Excellent command of German and good command of English
- Experience with ERP systems, particularly Business Central, and willingness to learn new tools
- Structured and independent work style, with strong problem-solving skills
