Your key responsibilities will include building and leading a high-performing delivery service team, establishing process and procedures for capacity tendering and delivery service optimization, and ensuring compliance with set rules and processes.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Build scalable DSP model in DACH
* Work closely with legal department to ensure full legal compliance of delivery service model in DACH
* Negotiations with suppliers
* Leading and setting goals for the entire delivery service partner pool
* Negotiating favorable conditions in favor of Rohlik Group
* Responsibility for the management of Rohlik long-term DSP operations
* Reduce Last mile cost
* Implement smarter and more efficient solutions within DSP setup
* Control over compliance with processes across the company
* Responsibility for the achievement of set targets
