Head of Delivery Service Management DACH

Knuspr is a prominent player in the online grocery sector, founded in 2014. Our exceptional service is recognized by customers across various European nations.

We meticulously manage every aspect to provide a seamless and memorable experience for our clientele. We support local producers while offering exclusive brands unavailable in other retailers. With a growing customer base and an expanding logistics network, we are transforming shopping habits in the DACH region.

The delivery service division oversees the coordination of external couriers within the DACH area. This includes ensuring adequate capacity and a flawless order fulfillment process. The primary objective of this team is to secure optimal financial terms for deliveries while consistently upholding and enhancing our quality standards. The delivery service team plays a crucial role in customer satisfaction, ensuring that orders are delivered in the correct quantity, on time, and to the expected quality.

Your Role:

To establish and lead the delivery service team for the DACH region. Develop processes and protocols for capacity management and delivery service enhancement. Ensure compliance with established rules and procedures. Collaborate effectively with team members to advance our company’s mission and revolutionize the online shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a scalable delivery service model in the DACH region.
  • Collaborate with the legal team to ensure full compliance of the delivery service framework.
  • Engage in negotiations with suppliers.
  • Set objectives and lead the entire pool of delivery service partners.
  • Negotiate favorable terms for Knuspr.
  • Oversee the management of long-term delivery service operations.
  • Minimize last-mile delivery costs.
  • Implement innovative and efficient solutions within the delivery service framework.
  • Ensure adherence to processes across the organization.
  • Be accountable for achieving established targets.
