Rohlik is a European leader in online food sales, which was established in the Czech Republic. Our excellent service is already known by customers in the Czech Republic, Hungary, Austria, Germany, and Romania.

We handle every little detail to deliver a perfect and unforgettable experience to our customers. We help farmers grow while offering unique exclusive brands that are not sold in other chains. We have over 800,000 customers in Europe, a new warehouse in Berlin and hundred of cars that deliver many purchases every day. Together we share a passion for the cause and are changing shopping habits in the DACH region.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Build and lead the delivery service team for DACH, establishing process and procedures around capacity tendering and delivery service optimization.
  • Ensure full legal compliance of delivery service model in DACH, working closely with the legal department.
  • Negotiate with suppliers to secure favorable conditions.
  • Lead and set goals for the entire delivery service partner pool.
  • Reduce last-mile costs and implement smarter and more efficient solutions within the DSP setup.
  • Ensure compliance with processes across the company.
  • Drive the achievement of set targets.
  • Manage crisis situations and resolve interpersonal disputes in a fair and firm manner.

  • Logical thinking and quick decision-making.
  • Ability to cope in situations where standard methods or set processes are not sufficient.
  • Strong negotiation skills and good communication skills.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new situations.
  • Concentration and ability to accommodate large amounts of data and situations.
