With a state-of-the-art warehouse and a fleet of delivery vehicles, we are committed to transforming shopping habits in the DACH region.
The delivery service team plays a crucial role in overseeing external courier operations within the DACH area. This includes ensuring adequate capacity and a flawless order delivery process. The primary objective of the delivery service team is to secure optimal financial terms for deliveries while consistently meeting and enhancing our quality standards. The team's performance significantly influences customer satisfaction, as clients expect their orders to arrive in the right quantity, on time, and in excellent condition.
Your Role:
To establish and lead the delivery service team for the DACH region. Develop processes and procedures for capacity management and delivery service enhancement. Ensure compliance with established rules and processes. Collaborate effectively to drive the company forward and innovate the online shopping landscape.
