Wir suchen eine/n Pflichtpraktikant:in für den Bereich Business Development, um das Team bei der Planung, Umsetzung und Steuerung von Unternehmenstätigkeiten zu unterstützen:
- Umstrukturierung, Standardisierung und Automatisierung interner Prozesse
- Erstellung von Wettbewerbsanalysen für die Weiterentwicklung des Unternehmens und Identifizierung neuer Trends
- Unterstützung bei strategischen sowie operativen Maßnahmen und die Übernahme eigener (Teil-)Projekte
- Durchführung von Analysen und Recherchen zu branchenspezifischen Themen
- Identifizierung von Cross- und Upselling Potentialen
Der idealen Kandidaten haben ein Studium im Bereich BWL/Sportökonomie, Sportmanagement, Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder einen vergleichbaren Studiengang abgeschlossen
- Ein schneller Auffassungsgabe und arbeitet selbständig und zielorientiert
- Kreativ, hochmotiviert und hat Spaß an der Weiterentwicklung des Unternehmens
- Strukturierte Arbeitsweise und analytische Fähigkeiten
- Leidenschaft für die Sport- und Fitnessbranche sowie eine hohe Affinität für Digitalisierung
