Performance Marketing Strategist

At Xentral ERP Software GmbH, we're seeking a skilled Performance Marketing Strategist to drive demand generation and lead capture tactics. This role is ideal for an experienced performance marketing expert who can optimize cost per SQL in Google Ads.
About the Job- We're looking for someone with 2 years of hands-on experience in growing performance marketing, preferably in a B2B SaaS company.
- You'll manage the entire lifecycle of performance marketing campaigns with a strong focus on Google Ads, implementing and extending demand generation strategies.
- Your tasks will include identifying and setting up new paid marketing channels, defining and A/B testing landing pages and ad copy, crunching data to monitor and improve channel performance, and managing budget and media planning.
This is a dynamic environment that requires analytical thinking and technical expertise in performance marketing.
Your Profile- You have strong hands-on expertise in managing Google Ads and are comfortable working with paid social channels.
- Ideal candidates are fluent or near-native in German, as you'll need to write ads and support landing page content.
- You're used to working in a fast-paced environment, preferably in a scale-up, and are driven by results.
