Salary Range

We offer a competitive salary range of €60,000 - €80,000 per annum, commensurate with experience and qualifications.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled Event Marketing Strategist to join our team in Berlin. As the charismatic face of our brand, you will be responsible for delivering captivating product demos, organizing and moderating webinars and live events, designing marketing and sales materials, capturing and editing high-quality videos, managing and curating social media content calendars, engaging with event and conference guests, creating product and project videos, and implementing SEO strategies to boost our online presence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Product Demos: Deliver persuasive and informative product demos to potential clients at conferences, clients' HQ, or online.
  • Webinars and Events: Organize and moderate webinars and live events, often stepping in front of the camera or crowds.
  • Marketing Materials: Design and create eye-catching marketing and sales materials, including sales materials, posters, slides, and social media posts.
  • Video Production: Capture and edit high-quality videos during live events or product videos.
  • Social Media: Manage and curate our social media content calendar to engage with event and conference guests.
  • SEO Strategies: Implement SEO strategies, including backlink building and monitoring SERPs, to boost our online presence.
Requirements
  • Location: You must be able to work full-time and reside in Berlin.
  • Language Proficiency: Proven native English language proficiency is essential.
  • Comfortable on Camera: You should be comfortable in front of the camera and able to engage with audiences.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional interpersonal skills are required to connect with event guests, conference visitors, and potential clients.
  • Storytelling Ability: You should be a skilled storyteller and growth marketer.
  • Design Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Figma is necessary for design tasks.
  • AI Image Generation: Familiarity with AI image generation tools, such as Midjourney or Leonardo-ai, is desirable.
  • Video Editing: Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut is required for video editing tasks.
