Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Digital Beauty Marketing Strategist to enhance our brand's online visibility and drive organic traffic to our global beauty platform. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in implementing SEO strategies that elevate search rankings and connect beauty enthusiasts worldwide with our innovative products.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough keyword research and analysis to identify opportunities and optimize content for improved search engine rankings, focusing on market-specific trends in the beauty industry.
- Optimize website content, including titles, meta descriptions, headers, and image alt texts, to improve organic search performance.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure the site is technically optimized for search engines, addressing issues like site speed, mobile-friendliness, crawlability, and indexation.
- Work closely with the content team to ensure SEO best practices are incorporated into our content creation process, aligning with broader marketing strategies.
- Develop and implement effective link-building campaigns to improve domain authority and search visibility.
- Utilize tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or Moz to track website traffic, rankings, and conversions. Provide regular performance reports and insights to guide data-driven decisions.
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- 2-4 years of proven experience in SEO, particularly in e-commerce, digital retail, or beauty industries.
- Hands-on experience with SEO tools such as Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Moz.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles, including on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
- In-depth understanding of SEM strategy and reporting knowledge.
- Ability to analyze data and deliver actionable insights to improve KPIs and marketing results.
- Experience working with content management systems like WordPress or Shopify.
- Knowledge of basic HTML and CSS for SEO optimization purposes.
- The ability to communicate fluently in English.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain SEO concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred.
