Role Overview
MotorK is a leading sales and marketing technology company in Europe, specializing in the automotive sector. As a Customer Success Specialist, you will play a crucial role in empowering manufacturers and dealerships to sell more with innovative, cloud-based products and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support and sales guidance to dealers, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience.
- Collaborate with the Sales team to identify and pursue upselling opportunities, driving business growth.
- Develop and implement training programs to educate customers on product features, functionalities, and updates.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations to identify areas for improvement and propose lead-generating campaigns.
- Liaise with Content Editors to refine training content and improve processes.
Requirements
- Proven experience in an automotive dealership environment with a strong customer-oriented approach.
- Native level of German and English language proficiency.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of adaptability.
