The Role

We are seeking a talented Customer Success Specialist to join our dynamic German team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support and sales expertise, working closely with clients and our wider Sales team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Be the primary point of contact for dealers, guiding them through the onboarding process and providing ongoing support
  • Collaborate with Sales to identify and pursue new business opportunities, including pilot customers, renewals, and expansion
  • Develop and implement effective training programs to educate customers on product features, functionalities, and updates
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations to identify areas for improvement and propose targeted solutions
  • Work closely with Content Editors to refine training content and improve processes
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a similar role within the automotive dealership environment
  • Excellent customer service and relationship management skills
  • Native level of German and English
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
