People Operations Manager

Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled and motivated People Operations Manager to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our company culture and supporting the growth and development of our employees.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the entire employee lifecycle, from recruitment and hiring to training, onboarding, and termination.
- Develop and implement comprehensive employee policies to foster a positive and engaging work environment.
- Design and execute initiatives and events to promote a strong team culture.
- Lead employer branding and networking efforts to attract top talent.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all employee-related matters.
- Support bi-annual professional development conversations and the annual salary review process.
- Provide management with decision-making support through HR metrics and reporting.
- Manage administrative tasks, including drafting contracts and handling absence management.
- 2+ years of experience in people, HR, and culture-related roles.
- Solid understanding of HR policies, procedures, and metrics.
- Excellent communication skills in both German and English.
- Strong interpersonal skills, including conflict resolution.
- A passion for fostering relationships and creating vibrant, healthy workplace environments.
- Willingness to engage in both high-level strategic discussions and hands-on operational tasks.
