People Operations Specialist

About the Role

Zattoo is seeking a People Partner to join our People Operations Team in Berlin. As a trusted advisor to our leaders, you will provide expert guidance and support in all aspects of People Operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide coaching and guidance to leaders on employee relations, talent development, and career progression
  • Support leaders and team members in addressing performance management and employment challenges
  • Develop strong relationships with stakeholders to understand the needs of our employees
  • Collaborate with other People Team functions to deliver best-in-class people and leadership support
  • Ensure compliance with processes, projects, and policies
  • Identify trends and opportunities for improvement using data and insights
  • Manage processes and administration in our HRIS tool
  • Own the planning, design, and execution of your roadmap deliverables

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in People/HR
  • Relevant experience in multiple areas of People (HR Business Partnering, Employee Relations, Talent Management, Compensation & Benefits)
  • Full proficiency in English and German
  • Sound knowledge of German employment practices and labor relations
  • Track record of People projects owned and implemented across business units
  • Proactive and confident communicator to partner at senior leadership level
