About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Automation Robotics Engineer to join our team at Takeda. As a key member of our automation team, you will be responsible for the development and implementation of automation concepts, focusing on robotics.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee automation programs with a focus on robotics, ensuring seamless integration and efficient operation.
- Develop and implement technical solutions for departmental and site-wide projects, leveraging new technologies, automation, and robotics.
- Lead the preparation, planning, and support of investment projects, including budgeting, cost, and time planning.
- Design and implement robots, peripherals, and systems used in our manufacturing processes.
- Define, track, and report internal key performance indicators.
- Manage and support internal employees and external partners in interdisciplinary teams, ensuring successful project execution.
- Ensure occupational safety, health, and environmental protection within the scope of your projects.
