German Support Specialist for Instant Messaging

We are seeking a highly skilled German language support specialist to join our team at Teleperformance Greece. As a customer service representative, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our clients via instant messaging.
Key Responsibilities- Handle customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Communicate effectively with customers via chat and email, following established procedures and policies
- Follow specified workflows for incident identification, escalation, resolution, and closure
- Track and follow cases to ensure efficient and timely closure
- Work towards meeting targets as set out by client statement of work and internal targets
- Superior written and verbal communication skills in German
- Good communication skills in English
- Ability to understand complex text on both concrete and abstract topics
- Ability to fluently interact without strain for either party
- Experience working with direct consumers in a B2C environment; B2B experience is a plus
- High attention to detail and follow-through
- Effective team player with ability to work independently
- Proven ability to deal with problems and solve them effectively
- Professional customer service skills, including a solutions mindset, helping nature, and passion for the customer and customer experience
- Robust multitasking skills, including ability to log calls and interact with customers simultaneously
- Complete support for relocation to Greece, including flight ticket expenses, hotel accommodation, and house searching process assistance
