German Customer Support Specialist for Social Media

Teleperformance partners with a premier cross-platform centralized instant messaging (IM) and voice-over-IP (VoIP) service, enabling users to send text and voice messages, conduct voice and video calls, and share various content.
We seek talented individuals to assist our client in providing support to users globally, utilizing this top-tier service that facilitates connections and sharing across distances.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage support tickets, adhering to established procedures and policies
- Engage with customers through chat and email, following defined support protocols
- Implement specified workflows for incident identification, escalation, resolution, and closure
- Monitor and track cases to ensure timely and efficient closure
- Work towards achieving targets outlined in the client’s statement of work as well as internal objectives
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in German
- Proficient communication skills in English
- Ability to comprehend the main ideas of complex texts on both concrete and abstract topics
- Capable of fluent interaction without strain for either party
- Experience in direct consumer engagement within a B2C environment; B2B experience is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
- A collaborative team player who can also work independently
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities
- Professional customer service skills: solution-oriented mindset, helpful nature, and a passion for enhancing customer experiences
- Robust multitasking capabilities (e.g., managing calls while interacting with customers)
