Key Responsibilities
  • Manage support tickets in accordance with established procedures and policies.
  • Engage with customers through chat and email, adhering to support protocols.
  • Follow defined workflows for incident identification, escalation, resolution, and closure.
  • Monitor and track cases to ensure timely and efficient resolution.
  • Work towards achieving targets outlined in the client’s statement of work and internal goals.
Qualifications
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in German.
  • Proficient communication skills in English.
  • Ability to comprehend complex texts on both concrete and abstract subjects.
  • Capability to interact fluently without strain for either party.
  • Experience in a B2C environment; B2B experience is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
  • A collaborative team player who can also work independently.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills.
  • Professional customer service skills: solution-oriented mindset, eagerness to assist, and a passion for enhancing customer experiences.
