Solution Sales Executive

The Solution Sales Executive is responsible for driving sales growth in the DACH region by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities with Executive-level buyers and influencers.

Key responsibilities include collaborating with peer sales teams, inside sales, and partnerships to generate qualified sales pipeline, delivering compelling demonstrations of the Workiva platform, and skillfully addressing customer objections to close sales.

Additionally, the successful candidate will develop and execute a sales strategy to secure sales, rally internal support to pursue accounts, and maintain a strong understanding of Workiva products through ongoing training and a growth mindset.

Minimum qualifications include 4+ years of experience in a related role, an undergraduate degree, and fluency in English and German. Preferred qualifications include an understanding of the SaaS business model, ability to demonstrate complex software applications, and executive presence.
