About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Solution Sales Executive to join our Customer Workflows team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our Customer Workflows solution with our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve quarterly and annual sales quotas for allocated accounts and/or territory.
  • Collaborate with Solution Consulting counterparts and extended teams to deliver 'art of the possible' demonstrations showcasing ServiceNow's Customer Workflows solution.
  • Build strong relationships with customers to understand their existing and future Customer Engagement & Operations roadmaps and drive the ServiceNow Customer Workflows platform.
  • Work closely with Core Sales Teams and other ServiceNow Solution Areas to deliver outcomes-based solutions to our clients and prospects.
  • Present our Customer Workflows offering directly to prospects, customers, partners, and at industry events and seminars.
  • Support the regional ServiceNow partner channels to drive an effective customer experience.
  • Articulate customer success strategies to the field to streamline and standardize Platform presentations and value proposition.
  • Sales and partner eco-system sales enablement.
  • Prospect qualification and the development of new sales opportunities and ongoing revenue streams with limited support from inside sales.
  • Sales process management and opportunity closure.
  • Ongoing account management to ensure customer satisfaction and drive additional revenue streams.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of over-achievement in service sales, preferably within a Customer Service Management / CRM / CX / CPaaS vendor.
  • Experience in technologies such as Salesforce (Service Cloud) / Pega (CRM) / Microsoft (D365) / Oracle / SAP CX (or similar).
  • A strong understanding of the CRM or CX solution-related business processes.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, growing, deadline-driven environment.
  • Willingness to go above and beyond to win in the market against stiff competition.
  • Ability to communicate complex issues in simple terms via written and oral media, to a variety of different audiences.
  • Ability to forge strong business relationships and connect with both C-level execs at customers as well as with individuals in ServiceNow internal and external eco-system.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in German and English.
  • Regional travel required.
