Web3 Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Web3 Sales Manager to join our team at BeInCrypto. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and attracting high-potential web3, blockchain, and crypto companies to advertise on our news media platform.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of closing large paid media deals and generating recurring revenue in the crypto marketing space. You will be responsible for developing and implementing tailored sales strategies for our web3 clients, providing regular reports on lead status and sales progress, and maintaining accurate records of all sales activities.

We are looking for a self-motivated and responsive individual with excellent communication skills, comfortable presenting offers to clients on a call and good objection-handling skills. You will be part of a dynamic and innovative team that is agile, dynamic, and innovative, and you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects and develop your skills and expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and attract high-potential web3, blockchain, and crypto companies to advertise on our news media platform.
  • Develop and implement tailored sales strategies for our web3 clients.
  • Provide regular reports on lead status and sales progress.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities.
  • Self-organized, ready to manage multiple negotiations at a time, high level of responsibility and sales accountability.
  • Excellent communication skills, comfortable presenting offers to clients on a call and good objection-handling skills.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of closing large paid media deals and generating recurring revenue in the crypto marketing space.
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years working in B2B Sales.
  • English as a native language.
  • Experience working with average deal sizes over $15,000 or more in B2B Sales in the Marketing Space (preferred deal size of $30,000 or more).
  • An average SQL close rate is greater than 35%.
