About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled B2B Sales Manager to join our team at BeInCrypto. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and attracting high-potential web3, blockchain, and crypto companies to advertise on our news media platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement tailored sales strategies for web3 clients
  • Generate leads for the company by researching potential web3 clients, understanding their business needs and goals, and maintaining a pipeline of high-quality prospects
  • Provide regular reports on lead status and sales progress, ensuring transparency and accountability
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities using our CRM system, HubSpot
  • Negotiate and close multiple sales deals to achieve high revenue
Requirements
  • Proven track record of closing large paid media deals and generating recurring revenue in the crypto marketing space
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years working in B2B Sales
  • English as a native language
  • Experience working with average deal sizes over $15,000 or more in B2B Sales in the Marketing Space
  • Average SQL close rate greater than 35%
  • BSc. degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
