Job Description

This is a highly rewarding opportunity for a skilled sales engineer to join our team at LG Electronics, driving the growth of our medical display business across Europe.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced professional with a strong technical background in digital radiography (DR) sales engineering to develop and execute sales strategies that meet customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations to customers and prospects, highlighting the key benefits of LG medical displays and DXD solutions.
  • Provide functional and technical support to our European sales teams, ensuring they have the expertise needed to succeed.
  • Work closely with product and sales teams to interpret customer requirements and deliver tailored solutions that drive sales growth.
  • Collaborate with R&D/engineering teams to provide feedback on product improvements and shape future product development based on customer insights.
  • Participate in major healthcare exhibitions across Europe, representing LG and showcasing our medical display solutions.
  • Train and educate sales teams, key accounts, and partners on our product solutions, ensuring they are equipped to meet customer needs.
  • Identify tender opportunities and lead the preparation and specification activities to secure new business.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Business Management, or Marketing.
  • A minimum of 5 years' relevant experience in a similar role within a top company operating in this market.
  • Excellent understanding of the healthcare market and medical display products.
  • Proven track record in DR sales engineering, with a strong technical skillset to address customer inquiries.
  • Superb communication skills to engage with various stakeholders, both internally and externally.
  • Strong team player with a positive and proactive attitude.
  • Fluent in English, with proficiency in German; additional European languages or Korean are highly valued.
  • Ability to travel extensively across Europe, as required.
