Job Summary
The Luxury Sales Specialist will support the Global Luxury Account Directors in achieving revenue targets and building strong relationships with customers. This role requires excellent sales and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide support to Global Luxury Account Directors in achieving revenue targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Utilize sales techniques to maximize revenue and build customer loyalty
- Contribute to the overall group revenue target via owning accounts and converting business
- Coordinate direct sales activities and client events throughout the year
Requirements
- 4-year degree from an accredited university or equivalent
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to maintain positive relationships with customers
- Working knowledge of Outlook and Salesforce
- Sales skills with strong and ethical sales principles and processes
Working Environment
This role will be located in Frankfurt, Germany. English and German language required.
