Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Auditing Expert to join our team at LG Electronics in Eschborn. As a key member of our Internal Audit department, you will be responsible for ensuring the effectiveness and efficiency of our business operations.

About the Role

This is a challenging opportunity for a seasoned professional with a strong background in auditing, risk management, and compliance. You will work closely with our senior management team to identify and mitigate risks, improve internal controls, and enhance overall business performance.

Your Responsibilities
  • Perform internal audits to assess the effectiveness of our processes and controls;
  • Analyze business health by examining product pipeline, channel collaboration, consumer relationships, and financial performance;
  • Conduct risk and controls assessments on sales administration, marketing, supply chain management, and logistics;
  • Inspect subsidiary processes to ensure compliance with global standards;
  • Review internal controls documents, risk matrices, and audit reports;
  • Develop training materials and implement employee compliance and ethics programs;
  • Manage corrective actions and monitor progress after audits;
Your Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field;
  • Minimum 7 years' experience in auditing, risk management, or a related field;
  • Well-balanced experience working with operational and financial statement audits;
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills;
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and ERP systems;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to travel frequently to Europe and Korea;
  • Fluency in English (spoken, read, written).
What We Offer
