About the Role
At Amazon, we serve over 300 million customers globally. Our platform allows third-party sellers to reach a vast audience, significantly contributing to our sales. To further enhance our Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) services, we are seeking a dedicated
Strategic Account & Program Manager FBA in a dynamic environment.
Role Focus
This position centers on our FBA Zero Waste initiative, which aims to develop alternative solutions such as donations for our Selling Partners. Additionally, you will be involved in launching new FBA pilots designed to enhance the Seller Experience during the inbound process to our Fulfillment Centers. Your responsibilities will include:
- Establishing a robust project management framework and monitoring progress through key performance indicators.
- Leading a team of Account Managers to ensure swift execution and scalability.
- Conducting thorough analyses using internal Amazon data and engaging with Selling Partners to identify challenges and devise effective solutions.
- Managing the pilot phase of solutions comprehensively, serving as the primary contact for customers to facilitate rapid learning and adaptation.
- Assisting in the scaling of prioritized solutions and developing training materials for both internal and external stakeholders.
- Supporting senior leadership in budget preparation and forecasting.
Key Responsibilities
- Cultivating and expanding customer relationships within accounts while deepening their understanding of business needs.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Extensive experience in business development, sales, or consulting, preferably within technology or e-commerce sectors.
- Strong analytical capabilities.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to senior audiences.
- Capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven experience in business analysis, process improvement, and data interpretation at scale.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams across various departments.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of SQL and ETL processes.
- A solid background in product or program management, with several years of relevant experience.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in positioning and selling innovative solutions to diverse customer segments.
- Familiarity with sales CRM tools like Salesforce.
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Proven track record in nurturing customer relationships and understanding their business dynamics.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in B2B or enterprise sales with a focus on acquiring new business.
