- Sales Targets: Achieve individual and team sales and acquisition targets.
- Experience in Sales: Proven experience in sales, preferably in B2B SaaS, ideally in EAM, ERP, or related software solutions.
- SaaS Sales Knowledge: Strong knowledge of SaaS sales processes, especially in selling to mid-sized companies.
- Communication and Negotiation Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to close deals.
- Technical Product Knowledge: Ability to explain complex technical products clearly and identify customer needs.
- Self-Motivation and Organization: Highly self-motivated, organized, and results-driven.
- CRM Tools: Experience using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
- Language Skills: Fluent in both German and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
