Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineer to lead our front-end development team at Sogeti, part of Capgemini. This is a challenging role that requires technical expertise and strong leadership skills.

About the Job
  • In this role, you will be responsible for creating high-quality, scalable, and robust web applications using Vue.js.
  • You will work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver high-quality products and features.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Vue.js Framework, API interaction, and Responsive Design. Knowledge of RESTful services and JSON format is also fundamental.

Responsibilities
  1. Develop and maintain high-quality, scalable, and robust web applications.
  2. Create intuitive and responsive user interfaces using front-end Vue.js framework.
  3. Write unit and integration tests to ensure code quality and identify bugs or performance bottlenecks.
  4. Participate in peer code reviews, providing and receiving constructive feedback to maintain high code quality standards.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products and features.
Requirements
  • Extensive experience with Vue.js Framework, API interaction, and Responsive Design.
  • Knowledge of RESTful services and JSON format is fundamental.
  • Frontend Development Skills: HTML & CSS: Strong skills in HTML5, CSS3, and preprocessors like SASS or LESS.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing requirements.
  • Fluency in French is required with a good command in English.
