Airport Development Strategist

Lux-Airport is the premier aerodrome operator in Luxembourg, responsible for the efficient operation of the airport infrastructure and provision of quality services to passengers.

To continue meeting our commitments and developing new projects, we are seeking an experienced Airport Master Planner.

This full-time position involves joining our Finance & Real Estate Department to develop and maintain lux-Airport's master plan, outlining medium and long-term development and expansion goals.

The successful candidate will act as the main point of contact for all Airport master planning issues, reporting directly to the CEO.

Key responsibilities include:

• Developing and maintaining the airport's master plan
• Conducting feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure project integration
• Managing relationships with key stakeholders

Postgraduate degree (Master) or equivalent experience in a similar function

At least 7 years of relevant work experience in a similar function

Knowledge of EASA / IATA Aviation regulatory frameworks

Fluent spoken and written English, French, and German languages

Significant experience in project management and change management
