Senior Huawei Supplier Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Supplier Manager to join our team at T-Systems International GmbH. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our Huawei cloud services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain relationships with Huawei suppliers to ensure timely delivery of cloud services.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve supplier quality and performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks associated with cloud services.
  • Provide financial analysis and recommendations to support revenue growth and cost optimization.
  • Consolidate requirements for external services and supplies to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Identify and evaluate alternative providers to support a second vendor strategy.
  • Establish and communicate processes to ensure seamless integration with internal teams.
  • Foster a collaborative and open work environment that encourages teamwork and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in customer management, business development, or supplier management.
  • Proven experience in intercultural collaboration, particularly with Chinese partners.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Solid experience in contract, cost, profitability, and risk management.
  • Highly organized with a strong customer orientation.
  • Resilience in critical situations.
  • Creative problem-solving and technical assessment abilities.
  • English skills at C-Level, German and Chinese skills are advantageous.
  • Knowledge of Open Telekom Cloud is a plus.
