Early Careers

The Early Careers Team is responsible for supporting and nurturing the growth of young professionals at the start of their careers. We provide comprehensive training, mentorship, and development opportunities to help new graduates, interns, and dual students thrive in their roles.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the organization and execution of recruitment activities, including events, fairs, and early career program selection processes
  • Coordinate onboarding activities for new hires in graduate and internship programs
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and events
  • Analyze HR data to assist in decision-making and reporting
  • Help create HR-related reports and presentations for business representatives

Organizational Talent Development

The Organizational Talent Development Team is dedicated to fostering the growth and advancement of employees within the company. They focus on creating and implementing strategies for on-the-job learning and professional development programs.

Responsibilities

  • Help design and develop training materials, including presentations and manuals
  • Assist in scheduling and organizing training sessions, workshops, and seminars
  • Update and manage databases of training activities, attendance, and outcomes
  • Conduct research on the latest trends and best practices in learning and development
  • Support in creating newsletters, emails, and other communication materials to promote training programs
  • Assist in the administration and maintenance of LMS platforms

Talent Acquisition

The Talent Acquisition Team plays a vital role in the strategic growth of our organization. This dedicated group of HR professionals specializes in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the evolving needs of our business.

Responsibilities

  • Support the interview and selection process by scheduling interviews and gathering feedback
  • Assist with the sourcing and screening of potential candidates
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new employees, including orientation sessions and communications
  • Engage in projects aimed at improving the recruitment process and candidate experience
  • Maintain candidate databases and tracking systems
  • Engage in special projects related to talent strategy and workforce planning

Requirements

We are looking for driven and committed interns who are team players with a curious mind. You should have advanced German and English language skills, strong communication skills, and be enrolled in your penultimate or last year of study, or on a gap year between your Bachelor and Master's degree. You should also be available for between 3-6 months.
