Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Intern to support our HR team in various operational and organizational tasks. As an HR Intern, you will be involved in the day-to-day business, working on projects, and gaining deep insights into the responsibilities of an HR team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support HR operational and organizational tasks along the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding
  • Update and maintain employee and applicant data in our HR management tool Personio
  • Manage applicant correspondence, scheduling, and coordinating interviews
  • Contribute to process development and improvement
  • Assist in various HR projects
  • Support employer branding initiatives, including social media and career fairs
Requirements
  • Enrolled as a student, preferably in Business Administration, Economics, (business) Psychology, Social Sciences, or similar
  • Strong interest in HR, with first practical experience desired
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Structured, detail-oriented, and independent work style
  • Motivation to learn new topics
  • Innovative mindset and hands-on approach
  • Solution-oriented working style
  • Reliability and discretion
  • Team player with intercultural competence and strong communication skills
  • Fluency in spoken and written English and German
